Description: 阿南本乃越南軍人，因厭惡戰爭殘酷而逃至香港，被安置於難民營內。阿南在營內重遇失散多時之弟弟安仔，二人一心希望能夠移民法國，重過新生。阿南及安仔本依附於大哥基旗下，及後大哥基失勢，阿南兄弟常遭大哥權凌辱。安仔獲批准移民法國，並打算與阿浦結婚，但因舉報大哥權在營內販毒，被害至重傷垂危。阿南惡鬥大哥權，因而喪失移民機會。阿南鋌而走險，做殺手賺取金錢，因而被警方追捕
