Description: 「中年」歌者們各有不同背景、經歷，這群「有責任、有故事」的人於《中年好聲音》聚首一堂，只因對追尋音樂夢想的熱誠。經過連月來的歷練，比賽舞台經已落幕，一眾參賽者可有甚麼轉變？節目這次由支嚳儀、曹敏寶擔任主持，四出尋找周吉佩、李佳、龍婷、顏志恒、吳大強、魏嘉信、何博文、鮑聖光、羅金榮、鄺凱剛、陳嘉璐、梁榮智、徐琬麟等同伴，了解各人的參賽得着，以及選手之間的連結與收穫，引領觀眾回味這趟「追夢之旅」。
