Description:全港運動會來到2024年已是第九屆，本屆開幕典禮於4月21日在香港體育館舉行，並請來歌手、藝人表演，希望喚起更多市民關注，以實現「全港運動全城躍動」的目標。

麥美恩、陸浩明、林秀怡、鄭衍峰擔綱司儀，林峯、林奕匡、黃妍等亮相透過歌聲鼓勵健兒，另有多組藝人與運動員組合參與演出。胡楓、陳展鵬跳健美操；邵珮詩、黃婧靈送上拉丁舞；XiX、陳葦璇跳霹靂舞並帶來滑板表演；還有林鈺洧、郭珮文組成港姐啦啦隊。
