Description: 重案組督察張博文自妻子死後，與女兒張雯茵相依為命。黑幫頭目接連遭人綁架，新任警司古國強對博文甚為器重，決意偵破案件。何湛森曾為警界精英，他為替弟報仇，與戀人珊策劃綁架案取贖款，不料遭博文阻撓。湛森憤然欲撕票，肉參為保命透露湛森弟與博文妻均為冰王所殺，湛森遂利用前女友小月擄走冰王，惜珊被冰王的手下捉去。湛森綁架雯茵，逼博文合作救人；湛森交換人質時，中伏受傷，博文率警趕至，冰王逃走，博文最終殺掉冰王。
