Description: 鴨仔里的一幢舊式唐樓雖然設備簡陋，卻集合了來自不同背景的住客，拼湊出多個充滿人情味的故事。查達龍(鮑方飾)三位女兒各自找到歸宿，一心望女兒嫁得金龜婿的母親施麗珠(李香琴飾)，嫌棄女兒男友出生寒微因而多番刁難。到底有情人能否終成眷屬？唐樓業主周財旺(譚炳文飾)打算重建物業謀利，另一業主包水(陳有后飾)卻與住客建立深厚感情，拒絕逼遷決定。財旺為求目的不擇手段，甚至離間包水侄兒包壯(廖偉雄飾)與住客感情，引誘他簽字拆樓。鴨仔里唐樓與住客的命運最終如何？
