2018年，是中國紀念改革開放四十年的日子，也標誌著經濟發展達到一個新階段，就在準備踏進「新時代」之際，碰上中美貿易戰，令中國進一步推動經濟發展遇上障礙。而在台灣，政治、經濟兩方面，社會上都充斥著對施政不滿的聲音。政治上，九合一選舉中，執政的民進黨大敗，綠地變藍天；經濟上，蔡英文政府似乎未能找到新出路，特別是南部地區，經濟一沉不起。2019年能否轉危為機呢？
