Description:中環士丹利街有承傳至第三代的粉麵檔，主打新鮮牛雜，李家鼎到訪檔口並與觀眾話當年，坐椅子也要功夫？鼎爺即嚐牛沙瓜、牛粉腸等出品，另提到牛膀滋味媲美鵝肝。海防道臨時街市的熟食中心內，可找到不少隱世美食。茶檔第二代主理人對其出爐沙爹牛充滿信心，江嘉敏、戴祖儀則大讚足料香濃。另一間粉麵檔的招牌牛丸彈牙非常，兩代主理人抱持真材實料的宗旨用心經營。熟食中心內還傳來辣椒油飄香，原來是另一「人氣」茶檔的吸客秘訣。
