Description: 追夢，似乎是年輕人專享的用語。其實不少中年人都曾經追夢，然而為了生活、為了家庭，甚或因為經濟問題，以致無法實現歌手夢。人到中年、生活穩定，是時候追趕昨日的歌手夢。這是一個中年人士追夢的真人騷歌唱比賽，節目打破只容許年輕人參賽的規則，比賽將會接受35歲以上人士參加，趕上追夢的尾班車。毎位參賽者各有放下歌手夢的過往，大眾將可藉著短片訪問去瞭解他們的故事。
