Description: 年度選美盛事《2025香港小姐競選》矚目啟動，十四位應屆候選佳麗率先集結前奏節目，藉「港姐特訓班」啟發不同領域的無限可能！

四位「師姐」謝寧、陳法蓉、朱凱婷、麥美恩化身面試官，測試並點評佳麗們在演戲、唱歌、跳舞與口才方面的潛質，並會分享選美心得。

演戲考核環節也邀得藝員訓練班戲劇導師鄧智堅，親自與佳麗們對戲，試演經典場口。 十四位候選佳麗經過指導，相信皆會有所進步，期待各人在接續的競選節目中展現光芒。
