Description:本港疫情嚴峻，許多身處外地的香港音樂人都為此掛心。《總有歌聲喺隔離》透過線上音樂會召集各方唱得之人，以美妙歌韻為港人帶來祝福，同心抗疫！作曲人伍仲衡與靚聲藝人蕭正楠、區永權搭檔主持節目，獻唱不同年代的金曲，也會送上鋼琴演奏。在家抗疫的鄭俊弘與何雁詩分享近況，還有車婉婉一同「Jam歌」。歌星葉麗儀、陳秋霞、陳曉東、雷安娜身在世界各地，同樣心繫香港。各人連線接受訪問，更會大開金口，與主持們隔空對唱。
