2021年《明愛暖萬心》慈善晚會，由司儀汪明荃、Patrick Sir、何依婷，聯同香港青年中樂團，以及李幸倪、菊梓喬、關心妍等星級歌手，以美妙樂韻與歌聲，打破社交距離的隔膜。節目同心呼籲善長們踴躍捐輸，重新凝聚力量，攜手走出低谷，傳遞溫暖。
