guardiansoflife2Description: 首輯《守護生命的故事》成功邀得本地醫生及公、私營醫院鼎力幫忙，向觀眾展示眾多尖端醫療技術及成就，結果不但大獲好評，還獲得「2013年電視節目欣賞指數調查」全年度電視節目欣賞指數第一名，成績令人鼓舞。

此番載譽歸來，作為2014年台慶獻禮，《守護生命的故事2》會繼續邀請不同醫生，從醫者角度出發，檢視各種疾病原理，介紹先進治療技術，協助病人擺脫痛苦。

節目除了延續第一輯主題，介紹各種病症、醫療技術、治療過程外，還會著力於醫生的心路歷程。今輯繼續由醫生形象深入民心的吳啟華擔任主持，深入淺出地講解每集醫療故事，包括大腸癌、胃潰瘍、義眼、糖尿病、膝關節問題等等。
