Description: 北京於2022年2月初主辦冬季奧運會，「潮什麼」主持梁芷珮特意遠赴歐洲四個國家，看看運動員如何準備比賽，並親身體驗不同的冬奧項目。先到芬蘭訪問越野滑雪準冬奧選手，並一探專門訓練年輕冰球運動員的體育館，了解冰球在當地深受歡迎的原因。轉往愛沙尼亞向冰壺選手請教運動玩法。置身曾舉辦1984年冬季奧運的薩拉熱窩，參觀雪橇賽道與冬奧博物館。節目組還會隨同香港高山滑雪代表隊前赴法國，直擊港隊運動員的訓練情況。
