由太陽城集團冠名贊助，澳門選美連盟主辦的《澳門小姐競選2019 》於8月13日假澳門威尼斯人金光綜藝館舉行。主題為「十年華麗回歸，展現澳門真美」，與上屆（2009年）相隔十年後再度復辦。12位佳麗先後與Dear Jane 和Supper moment作精彩演出，同場更有多位澳門歌手龍世傑、陳慧敏、祖絲、AJ、杜俊瑋、馬曼莉輪流獻唱。
