Description: 故事背景是明未清初，根據野史及民間傳說改編而成，大致以反清復明為故事骨幹。講述十三妹原名何玉鳳(黃杏秀)，自被朝廷抄家之後，經歷禍患，一改以往的佻皮性格，處事果斷。一次劫法場，連傷十三斧手，但終不敵受傷，被九難師太(李琳琳)救走，因此被稱為十三妹。另一忠臣安大人(陳有后)也遭抄家，只有其子安龍飛(湯鎮業)逃出生天。十三妹與安龍飛是青梅竹馬，終結伴逃亡。眾人路上巧遇逃婚雙格格(翁美玲)，九難師太洞悉雙格格乃康熙之胞妹，欲藉行剌康熙，雙格格不懂世情，身份已被悉破。
