本年度準決賽於8月22日隆重舉行，佳麗們會以活力泳裝、華麗晚裝等造型亮相，進一步展現美貌與智慧並重的氣質；星級評審透過才藝表演、個人挑戰及問答環節，根據臨場表現逐步淘汰，直至誕生最後十二強。晉級佳麗再於9月的決賽聚首，角逐香港小姐終極后冠的寶座！
