《慈善星輝仁濟夜》由陸浩明(六號)、陳庭欣、馮盈盈、戴祖儀擔綱司儀，聯同一眾歌手、藝人共襄善舉。
袁偉豪、洪永城、應屆香港小姐謝嘉怡、陳楨怡，為全癱病人實現願望。黎諾懿探訪復康服務受助兒童，教其家人做蛋糕；六號還會與「後生仔」陪伴長者夫婦暢遊電視城。
